I ordered two stools from this company and they were not advertised correctly and were too tall. The boxes they came in were completely destroyed so I had to throw them out.
I called the company and they said the only way to return the items was to pay for shipping them back. I went online, they made me print and pay for two labels ($37 total) to ship these back. AND since their boxes were so destroyed, I had to buy 2 new boxes for these for another $20. THEN I had to print the return form, fill it in (of course it's not a fillable form) and then put it in both boxes and then tape it up, ship it back.
A $180 order, ended up costing me close to half of what I paid. I order parts all the time from different companies and I will never order from this company again.
They make it difficult to return anything, in hopes you will just keep it and not deal with it. They are a complete and utter scam and I will be writing this review anywhere and everywhere I can.

I ordered a jerked seat and cover and engine diaper spent $600 and didn’t get a confirmation email with invoice.
- Good selection and layout on web oage
- No real confirmation emails with invoice only spam

Was looking at a motor to order the first of November 2021 and cart said motor would ship the middle of November so I called and ordered the motor on November 8th and was told motor would ship Dec 15th. So on Dec 15th I call jegs to inquire about order and was told they would call vendor to check on order.
After checking with vendor I was told it would be another 2 months before it would ship. So I asked about being compensated for the delay as I was planning a trip as soon as I got my motor in. Was told by customer service the would send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience which I told them that was unacceptable so she told me she would put me with her supervisor which could compensate me in some way so he says he will call the vendor himself and check on it. He gets back with me and says that it will more than likely be the middle of June 2022 before my motor ships so I asked about compensation for the inconvenience and he says all the could do was send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience and that I could cancel my order if I was unhappy with the service or compensation they offered.
So I started checking around to see if any other companies could any better. I decided on waiting before I made a decision on any of it. Well I get up this morning Dec 21st to a phone call from a shipper wanting to schedule a time to deliver my motor from at worldwide.
Needless to say customer service never called the vendor at to inquire about my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROMJEGS AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!no
