Recently ordered two hoods with jets price matching guarantee and apparently it isn't a guarantee, it's a sham to get u to order and then u get an email saying they really can't price match your order because the price is for wholesale not retail.They don't tell u that when u go through the whole process of ordering, they send u an email later.
Their website accepts your order, takes your credit card information and places the order. It even tells u a shipping date. Then u get an email from a supervisor telling u they can't do that, they will have to charge u more. I'm sorry, but that should be explained when u first try to place your order, rather than allowing u to proceed and think u r getting a product, when they have no intention of giving u a product at the price quoted.
They figure u will just agree to the new price and be on your way.
Be wary, not pleasant do deal with when questioning them and the website ordering isn't accurate.I have photos on my phone of the order, the amount, and the successful transaction with the price.
